In December of 2011, I went to Cedar Breaks, Utah. It is similar to Bryce Canyon and about 1 1/2 hours south
I like taking pictures of places like Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks in the winter time. The contrast of snow, redrock and blue sky , makes for a awesome photo

On the way back, There is a Mormon stop Called , "Cove Fort."
The Mormons used it as a half way station between Salt Lake City and
Las Vegas Nevada( originally settled by the Mormons)
The caretakers name was Ira Hinckley.
e and his family built this fort and lived there for several years. If you ever get a chance to visit,
I highly suggest it.
